Thrown from gently-flecked stoneware clay, these bowls are the perfect size for porridge, cereal, soup or salads. With a nicely curved base and a turned foot ring, I've glazed these with my absolute favourite glaze this season: olive. The colour is so rich and warm and satisfying on the eye. It looks like a blanket green from far away but up close it's actually thousands of tiny tiny green crystals, squished together really tightly to form a sense of cohesion.
I'm really proud of this glaze because it's taken so many kiln firing tweaks and recipe adjustments to make it create this super satisfying colour, but I've finally troubleshooted it to the full extent of my ability and this is the result. I hope you like it too.
Each of these bowls is stamped with my maker's mark on the underside, and have a nice sturdy foot ring so they don't topple over.

Breakfast Bowl in Olive
I dishwasher all of my handmade pottery and they're absolutely fine, but to preserve the lifespan, (and if you can be bothered) handwashing is a gentler option.
These pieces are dishwasher safe - although hand-washing with warm soapy water will prolong the lifespan of the glaze.
