Thrown on the potter's wheel by hand by Florence in her Bristol studio, this minimal, organic teapot is the perfect two-cup pot, with its capacity of 750ml.
 
Made from a durable white stoneware clay with tiny flecks of basalt, the speckles are brought to life when dipped in a matte oatmeal crystaline glaze, and fired to 1265 degrees centigrade. Each element of the teapot - the spout, the lid, the base and the ceramic handles - are made by hand through a combination of wheel-throwing, altering and hand-building. 
 
Inspired by contemporary Japanese and Scandivian ceramics, the teapot features a tightly fitting lid, a glazed interior for easy cleaning, and a curved bamboo handle. Finished on the base with Florence's maker's mark, it'll look just as lovely as it is to use on the daily.
