This is a rounded, bellied bud vase in a glaze I've spent the past 4 or so months developing, and that has ended up being called Sea Foam - it's a delightful glaze that displays a full spectrum of colour: from blues to greys to greens to pale creams, breaking taupe on sharper edges such as the small opening at the rim. This form is a nice shape which allows the glaze to flow in a way that highlights the natural variation of the colour, as well as being a nice little pot for a small pinch of flowers, foraged or grown or plucked from a hedgerow.

11cm x 8cm (roughly!)

Thrown by hand on the potter's wheel from Oxidising St Thomas clay in my East Bristol studio.
