Thrown by hand in my Bristol studio, this stacking set of bowls would make a delightful housewarming or birthday present. Satisfyingly interconnectable, they're made from gently-flecked white stoneware and are glazed in an oatmeal speckle glaze on the inside, and a transparent on the inside.

To prolong the lifespan of these bowls, I'd suggest hand-washing with warm soapy water. If any staining occurs, due to - say - contact with turmeric or beetroot, the stain can be removed using bicarbonate of soda and warm water.
