Hand-thrown spoon rest, in flecked white stoneware, with a semi-matte oatmeal glaze.
Ideal for keeping within arm's reach whilst you cook. Despite the slightly misleading image, these spoon rests are the ideal size for a wooden spoon - the metal serving spoon I used as a prop just looked better in the picture as all my wooden spoons are stained with turmeric! (El classico). The handly little lip supports the handle of the spoon as you place it down, keeping it securely in place.
Delightful as a little gift to someone who loves to cook - or alternatively - someone who needs a bit more encouragement in the kitchen.

These pieces are dishwasher safe - although hand-washing with warm soapy water will prolong the lifespan of the glaze.
Orders can be either posted to your home, or can be collected from my studio in Barton Hill (Bristol) during December on these dates:
1st, 2nd, 3rd, 8th, 9th, and 15th.
